Air Conditioning Services:

  1. Lubricate all bearings as needed.
  2. Check filters and replace as needed.
  3. Check refrigerant charge.
  4. Check belt and adjust tension.
  5. Inspect unit for possible refrigerant leaks.
  6. Check all safety controls.
  7. Check and tighten all electrical connections.
  8. Check evaporator coil.
  9. Check for proper operation of expansion device.
  10. Clean condensate drain.
  11. Clean condenser coil of dirt and debris.
  12. Inspect contactors.
